Building a home

In the multiple marriages we must celebrate in our church, couples who are going to marry are always talking about how they are determined to build a beautiful home. When we inquire about the home they want, they refer to a beautiful house with a television, a refrigerator of last model, home theater, beautiful gardens and other things that continue to be listed. We have always to change the concepts of home in society, because a home is not exactly a big house with all the necessary, but two people who should be magnified in the inter-relationship and approach in the differences and that It must be given in time. The tender and careful treatment of men towards women and the daily assessment that should be given by highlighting their values and minimizing their defects makes love reign, and also that God hears our prayers.

You, husbands, likewise, live with them wisely, giving honor to the woman as the weakest vessel, and as co-heirs of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be in hindrance. "(1 Pedro 3: 7)

On the woman's side it is necessary that they be women subject and respectful of their husband, willing to their constant love towards their husband, loving their children and building a home.

That they teach young women to love their husbands and their children, to be prudent, chaste, careful of their house, good, subject to their husbands, so that the word of God is not blasphemed. (Titus 2: 4-5 ). (1 Pedro 3: 7)

This part is very dangerous, when one of the two fails with these small details that are of extraordinary weight to God, because what example of God is given to the world when we fail and do nothing to build what God has commanded us to build ? This is precisely an example for the children and generations to come.

Ephesians 5: 28
So also husbands should love their women as their own bodies. He who loves his wife, loves himself.

Col. 3: 18
Married, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
