Genesis 1: 1-28
Do you know that everything you talk about has creative power?
When God created the heavens and the earth, he spoke the word and was created. All creation was made by his word. What are you talking about? At home, at work, with your children, with your spouse. There is so much power in what we say that we can create heaven or hell around us.
In Joshua 4: 2-8, God gave an order to Josue, as Israel would take the promised land. They had crossed the Jordan River and he told them:
Josue 4: 2- 3
2 "Take from the people twelve men, one for each tribe, 3 and give them this order:" Take from here, from the middle of the Jordan, from the place where the priests have placed their feet, twelve stones, which you will take with you, and you will deposit them in the place where you will spend the night. "
Why were those 12 stones necessary? Why did they have to be from the Jordan River?
Those 12 stones represented the 12 tribes of Israel and it needed to be from the Jordan River to serve as a testimony when their children ask them, Why are these stones here? They will tell you: The day the ark of the Lord's covenant crossed the Jordan the waters of the river were divided and these stones are a testimony of that great deed of our God and that testimony would be passed from generation to generation so that their faith would not be lose.
What stones of testimony do you have to say to your children? What do you talk about at home?
That the time you spend with your family, be it at breakfast, dinner or outing, take the opportunity to teach them and transmit your testimony of what God has done in your life and in your home, so they can pass it on to the next generation. That your language is correct: of gratitude or blessing. Your word has power and will be transmitted to your offspring.
Salmo 1: 3
It will be like a tree planted by streams of water,
that bears fruit in its time
and his leaf does not fall,
And whatever he does shall prosper.
